WYTS
"What You Think System" was created and developed by Paul A. Daniels. As a Veteran of U. S. Marine Corps training, as well as years of martial arts studies, and numerous self-defense seminars, I observed that the general perception and definition of self defense as what we do when faced with a life threatening experience that requires an aggressive physical response.
WYTS teaches that self-defense is not what you thought, but it is what you think. Not as a one time experience, but as a day to day attitude and approach to life.
