-Tammie I would recommend this camp to everyone. A friend told me about this camp and since I have started I am committed in continuing this healthy lifestyle as long as I am able. I completed 2 camps, and then was forced to take a break due to a difficult pregnancy. As soon as I was released after delivery I rejoined the camp. I started with the kickboxing classes. In January I did my first boot camp currently I am in the last week of my second camp, and plan on doing the next one and the next one and the next one... Other then losing 16 pounds and many inches, I feel and look better and stronger today then I ever did before. Well, I LOVE the kickboxing classes. It is a complete body workout in one hour.
