Option 1: Fitness One on One. 

  • Work with you to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • nutritional guidance
  • Full access to Cardio –Kickin classes

Individual........$85 per session  (1hour)

                         $45 (1/2 hour)

Couples......... $45  each (1 hour)

                           $35 (1/2 hour)

 

Option 2: Fitness one on one in Home

  • Work with you to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • nutritional guidance
  • Full access to Cardio –Kickin classes

Individual........$150 per session  (1 hour)

                         

Option 3: Personalized On-Line Program/ Fitness Counseling.

  • Work with you via phone and email (email usually works best) to plan a training regimen specific to your schedule and goals.
  • Provide training routines including diagrams, directions and usage of equipment available in your gym.
  • Discuss and educate you on proper technique and directions enabling you to get the most from your training.
  • Be in contact with you at least once per week to review your training sessions.
  • We are available for questions or consultations on as needed basis

$125 1 month $275 3 months

For best results, you should participate in some form of exercise
at least 3 days per week.

Fitness packages can be tailored to meet your financial and fitness goals.
